1. Introduction

By using the Baghdad British International School - BBIS App ("the App"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. Accounts

Parent/Guardian Account: A dedicated account is created for each parent or guardian to view student details, academic records, tuition invoices, and important school updates. The account holder is responsible for keeping the information accurate and maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

Student Profile: Students can view their academic information, assignments, and schedules. The school reserves the right to modify or deactivate any account that violates these Terms.

3. Billing and Payments

Tuition and Fees: The App displays tuition fees and service-related charges, such as transportation or extracurricular activities. Users are responsible for ensuring timely payments through the approved payment methods available in the App.

Payment Accuracy: All users must ensure the accuracy of payment details. The school is not liable for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

4. School Services and Requests

Users may request school-related services through the App (e.g., transportation registration, uniform orders). Users are responsible for verifying the request before submitting.

5. QR Code for Pickup Authorization

The App allows authorized guardians to generate a QR code for student pickup. This code is valid for single use and must be used responsibly.

6. Staff Access

School staff are provided with accounts for attendance, class management, and QR scanning functionalities. These accounts must be used strictly for official purposes.

7. Notifications

The App sends notifications about school news, events, and important academic deadlines. Users are encouraged to stay updated by enabling notifications.

8. Admissions and Inquiries

Prospective parents may submit applications through the App by entering personal information (name, phone number, student details). The admissions process follows the official school procedures.

9. Privacy

The App is committed to protecting user privacy according to its privacy policy. Personal data is collected only for enhancing the school experience and service quality.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BBIS and its developers shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the App.

11. Amendments to Terms

BBIS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any major changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts within Iraq.
